10x Genomics Cloud MCP Plugin

Overview

A single plugin within Anthropic's `anthropics/life-sciences` Claude Code marketplace (already catalogued separately in this registry as `data/bundles/anthropic-life-sciences.json`), independently installable via `/plugin marketplace add anthropics/life-sciences` then `/plugin install 10x-genomics@life-sciences`. Wires the 10x Genomics Cloud MCP server, giving Claude Code access to single-cell and spatial genomics analysis data and workflows -- confirmed directly by fetching the plugin's own manifest, `10x-genomics/.claude-plugin/plugin.json` in the life-sciences repository (embedded verbatim below), which points `mcpServers` at 10x Genomics' own `txg-mcp` release bundle. Anthropic also publishes a dedicated walkthrough, 'Using the 10x Genomics Extension in Claude' (Claude Academy: https://academy.claude.com/tutorials/using-the-10x-genomics-extension-in-claude), corroborating that this is a real, documented, individually-nameable capability rather than an assumption drawn from the marketplace listing alone. Marginal fit, flagged on two counts: administratively, this is a separate plugin-type record for one plugin already reachable through this registry's existing bundle entry for the same marketplace, not a new discovery of the marketplace itself; and its licence is genuinely unclear -- the parent repository carries no root `LICENSE` file (confirmed by direct fetch: 404) and its own README states each individual MCP server/plugin is licensed separately by its own provider (10x Genomics, Inc., in this case), with no per-plugin licence file findable, so `license` is recorded as `other` with `license_url` pointing to that provision, following the same precedent this registry's `anthropic-life-sciences` bundle entry already set for the identical situation. No slug collision against any existing entry in this registry.
